Checking masterclass. 2011 and older.

Our Checking Masterclass program is designed to provide hockey players with a comprehensive understanding of the fundamentals of body contact. Over the course of our 4-day camp, running from 8am to 2pm each day, participants will receive 3 hours of on-ice training daily. Our camp is led by a team of professional hockey trainers who are dedicated to ensuring that players not only learn the proper techniques for body contact but also develop confidence in executing this skill safely.

The primary objective of our program is to equip participants with a deep understanding of the mechanics behind body contact. We prioritize safety and emphasize the importance of proper technique to minimize the risk of injury. Our experienced trainers will guide players through a series of drills and exercises, focusing on various aspects of body contact, such as positioning, timing, angling, and leverage.

Throughout the camp, participants will receive personalized attention and feedback from our trainers, allowing them to fine-tune their skills and address any areas of improvement. We believe that by providing a supportive and educational environment, players will leave our camp with not only enhanced confidence but also a solid foundation in body contact.

Our team of professional trainers brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the camp. They have worked with elite-level hockey players and are well-versed in the intricacies of body contact. Their expertise, combined with their passion for teaching, ensures that participants receive the highest quality instruction.

In addition to on-ice training, our camp also includes off-ice sessions where players will learn about the theoretical aspects of body contact. These sessions will cover topics such as game situations, decision-making, and the psychological aspects of body contact. By providing a well-rounded learning experience, we aim to develop well-rounded players who can excel in all aspects of the game.

At the end of the camp, participants will have gained a comprehensive understanding of body contact, allowing them to approach the game with confidence and safety. They will have learned the proper techniques, developed their skills, and acquired the knowledge necessary to execute body contact effectively. Our Checking Masterclass program is the ideal opportunity for hockey players to enhance their game and take their skills to the next level.
